One year ago, Concho Valley ER opened its doors and began bringing concierge-level care to our local community. Since that day, we have been proud to serve San Angelo and we’re excited to celebrate our first anniversary with you. This past year, many members of our community have grown close to our hearts, from the Little Olympics —
To our first Halloween Trunk-or-Treat extravaganza–
–We have engaged with all of the people who make San Angelo special.
Participating in events all around our community is what has made our first year of business so worthwhile. One of Concho Valley ER’s own team members, Blanco Munoz, says, “I have really enjoyed working at Concho Valley ER. I love that we are able to give close, personal attention to each patient while still providing excellent, efficient care. My hope for the facility, in addition to continuing to be an access point for fast emergency care, is to provide more health education in schools, workplaces, and other public venues.” Blanca is right, being able to give each patient personal attention is what makes our ER so special.
One of our fantastic nurses, Tim Coleman, chimes in to say, “I love Concho Valley ER! One of the things that make us great is our staff. Across the board, our staff members are among the best in San Angelo at what they do, from the nurses to the doctors, to even our front desk registration. You absolutely will not find better care anywhere else. Even better still, there is almost never a wait to be seen here, even during the height of flu season.” Tim enjoys being able to connect with patients every day. Giving individualized care, as Concho Valley ER does, isn’t easy at a big hospital. “I really enjoy that not only do we take care of our local citizens, but we also try to get out and get involved in our community. Every month brings different volunteer opportunities to help out at different events, and we are only too happy to lend a hand. I would like to see this business continue to grow in the future so that we can take care of even more people in San Angelo.”
Overwhelmingly, our staff is excited to start Concho Valley ER’s second year of business. In 2018, we plan to become a bigger part of the San Angelo community. We want to educate everyone about public health and continue to support our community, like San Angelo’s local sports teams (Go Rams!).
